Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead various projects across different technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of a project including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide project management support to pre-sales activities, including project quotes and coordination with other organizational entities.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively with all internal and external entities.
  • Ensure effective change management of projects, documenting and agreeing on all changes.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proactively manage the resolution of issues and risks during projects.
  • Complete all specified reporting within required timeframes.
  • Share skills and experience with other groups to establish consistency and improve quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all communicated practices, policies, and methodologies.
  • Support and encourage team members, participating in the training of colleagues and new staff.
  • Travel as reasonably requested.
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of Telecom Projects OSS/BSS/VAS/IT.
  • University degree in engineering, project management, business management, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certified (preferred).
  • Broad project management experience across various projects and technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office or equivalent.
  • Sound understanding of Mobile Network Operators in various domains (Charging and Rating, Messaging, Recharge, Promotion Management, Networking, Financial Payments).
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, including mobile, fixed, MVNO, or Internet telecommunications environments.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, planning, budgeting, risk, issue, and project tracking skills.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Arabic would be a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
