Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sr. Media Manager to lead our Paid Social and Digital efforts. This role requires strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to develop and execute effective paid media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience working on clients within the finance vertical or highly acquisition-centric businesses. They will possess expertise in Paid Social advertising platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive paid social media strategies to meet client success metrics.
  2. Leveraging expertise in digital buying, planning, and execution to drive campaign performance.
  3. Analyzing complex issues and developing relevant plans, programs, tests, and recommendations to optimize campaign results.
  4. Maintaining pacing and optimizations, adjusting campaign levers as needed.
  5. Providing expert-level analysis and reporting to communicate campaign results and findings.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.

The successful candidate will be able to multitask, think outside the box, and drive results-driven insights through advanced optimization and analytical skills. They will also be able to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and drive business growth through actionable decisions.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of overall business experience, with a majority in media.
  • Experience working on clients within the finance vertical or highly acquisition-centric businesses.
  • Expertise in Paid Social advertising platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • University degree required.
