Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase online presence, and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage social media strategies, including creating and implementing content calendars, managing social media accounts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Grow and expand our social media presence into new platforms and increase presence on existing platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop brand awareness and online reputation by creating and disseminating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Promote products and services through social media channels, ensuring consistency with our brand messaging and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, development, and sales & marketing, to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media campaigns.
  • Create and manage social media content, including text posts, videos, and images, that engages our audience and drives results.
  • Analyze and report on social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their capabilities and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing tools, including scheduling tools and analytics software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of the job.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
