Business Operations Director

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading translation and interpretation company. We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager to formulate strategy, improve performance, procure materials and resources, and secure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Help the organization's processes remain compliant.
- Examine financial data to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Implement policies and procedures effectively.
- Develop a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance.
- Work with senior management to determine values and mission, and plan for short- and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
- 4+ years of relevant experience as an admin or operations manager.
- Experience in BPO/IT industry preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
