Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development located in Islamabad. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing daily sales operations, managing customer service, and driving business development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include leading the sales team to achieve targets and creating long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Team Management
  • Expertise in Business Development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Primary industry experience in engineering, EPC, or project management is advantageous
