Organic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Organic Growth Specialist to spearhead the development and execution of impactful organic growth strategies for our top-rated mobile games.

This is a full-time position that requires 2+ years of experience in ASO & Paid User Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads & Mintegral.
  • A/B test app store assets (icons, screenshots, videos) to boost conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to refine ASO/UA tactics.
  • Track KPIs (CTR, install rates, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ASO efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of UA experience (Android & iOS) + running ads on Google Ads & Mintegral.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword tools (Sensor Tower, App Annie, MobileAction).
  • Proven ability to scale paid campaigns while maintaining healthy ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Fluent English communication (written & verbal) for global campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CPI/CPA optimization strategies for gaming apps.
