Lead Game Development

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our game development journey from concept to launch and global success.

The successful candidate will drive production across creative, dev, design, user acquisition (UA), and live operations teams. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality, data-driven games that grow fast and retain players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive game development from idea to launch.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure builds ship on schedule.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with UA teams to optimize creatives and scale hits.
  • Transform prototypes into globally popular games.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in game production or project management.
  • A strong understanding of agile pipelines and production tools such as Jira and Trello.
  • Experience with mobile game metrics including CPI, D1, LTV, ROAS, and others.
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can make strategic decisions.
