As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the development and deployment teams in creating innovative software solutions.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of software projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and quality assurance specialists to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to establish project requirements and overall design.
  • Work closely with management to develop project schedules and provide accurate estimates and risk identification/mitigation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot product stability issues reported by clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing commercial enterprise applications in C# .NET.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Database, REST and SOAP APIs, and Microsoft's Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
