- We are searching for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Lahore, who possesses a strong B2B sales background. This role entails driving growth by promoting our digital solutions to restaurants, retailers, and various businesses.
- Identify potential clients through targeted outreach channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure consistent engagement.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing Dukan's e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to develop customized proposals and pricing models, negotiate deal terms, and close sales.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and referrals.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline status and forecasts, using data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance process efficiency.
- Stay updated on e-commerce market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to strategically position Dukan's solutions.
- Represent Dukan at industry events and trade shows, maintaining a flexible travel schedule to meet with clients and explore new business opportunities.
