Senior Sales Development Manager

As a sales development manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and market penetration for Power Generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new areas of interest to develop demand for our products.
  • Create opportunities for existing product lines to enhance market share.
  • Develop business strategies to create market opportunities and land new customers annually.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform internal positioning.

You will work closely with the sales team to deliver presentations to customers and maintain customer relationships to drive sales turnover.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in engineering science or business discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Power Generation/Industrial equipment sales and market knowledge.
  • Ability to travel in remote areas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Power Generation industry and the ability to think strategically about market opportunities and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Equivalent work experience in place of formal education.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to develop long-term customer contracts.
