We are seeking a seasoned business professional to spearhead our subsidiary company in Karachi Division, Pakistan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic planning, employee recruitment, and sales development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of professionals to achieve office self-sufficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive monthly sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including taxes and salary payments.
- Negotiate with key clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting labor discipline and conducting regular seminars.
- Present meetings and reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Marketing or Management Organizations.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, business promotion, and administration principles.
- Proficient in modern internet technologies and able to propose innovative strategies for business growth.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Meet the age requirement of 30-45 years old.
