About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Off-Page SEO Executive to enhance our website's authority and search engine rankings through strategic backlink-building efforts. Your focus will be on email outreach, relationship-building, and competitor analysis, particularly in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Contact bloggers, influencers, journalists, and webmasters for content placements and collaborations.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with niche-relevant websites.
  • Outreach and build partnerships with:
  • UK-based PR agencies for brand mentions and digital PR opportunities.
  • Digital marketing agencies across the UK for mutual content collaboration and backlinking opportunities.
Competitor Backlink Analysis
  • Use SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar to monitor and evaluate competitor backlink strategies.
  • Identify backlink opportunities by analyzing gaps in our current backlink profile.
  • Replicate or improve upon competitors' successful backlink acquisition strategies.
  • Report findings and implement actionable plans to gain high-authority backlinks.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Track and report on outreach performance metrics such as response rates, acquired backlinks, and domain authority impact.
  • Maintain an up-to-date backlink database and outreach tracker.
  • Work closely with content teams to create link-worthy assets and ensure outreach alignment.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and SEO industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in off-page SEO, link building, and outreach.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience in building relationships in the digital marketing and PR landscape, especially in the UK market.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a UK-facing SEO role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital PR and content marketing best practices.
