Job Title: Java Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Java Team Leader. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing teams.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Design and develop system functionality in accordance with development process and quality standards;
  3. Assist team members in their daily work, including code cutting and monitoring/reporting on progress;
  4. Agree with team members on testing, including Junit and manual testing at unit level;
  5. Execute and oversee end-to-end system testing and deployment;
  6. Validate developers' deliverables for adherence to company quality metrics;
  7. Report progress and issues to the Project Manager;
  8. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders;
  9. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
  10. Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
  11. Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants;
  12. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
  13. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
  14. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path;
  15. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
  16. Track project milestones and deliverables;
  17. Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations;
  18. Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas;
  19. Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises;
  20. Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members and contractors.
