As a Visual Storyteller and Social Media Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media content strategy that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand presence across various social media platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and social media trends.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality visual content that engages and inspires our audience. This includes designing engaging graphics, images, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements tailored for different social media platforms.

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences
• Design visually appealing templates for regular content updates, ensuring brand consistency and recognition
• Create innovative visual content, including graphics, images, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements, tailored for different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Conceptualize and produce creative assets for various campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events to drive audience engagement and brand awareness
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate these insights into the content creation process
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of visual and written content
• Adapt content designs for different screen sizes and formats, optimizing for mobile and desktop viewing experiences
• Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights to continually improve content effectiveness
• Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure consistent file naming and storage practices for easy access and collaboration
• Assist in managing the scheduling and posting of content across social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery and optimal audience reach

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a social media content designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work across various social media platforms
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles
• Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality visuals within specified timelines
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for different platforms
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving priorities
