  • Manage a high volume of phone conversations and email inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce and ability to use data-driven insights to inform engagement plans.
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism.
