Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of sales principles and practices
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
