Part-Time Senior Business Development Engineer

This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced business development engineer to work remotely as a senior business development specialist. As a senior business development specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals tailored to client requirements on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Proposals
    • Create customized proposals that meet the needs and expectations of clients on Upwork.
  • Market Analysis and Research
    • Analyze industry trends and market demands to identify potential opportunities.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Client Relationship Building
    • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely responses.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project estimations.
  • Documentation Management
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to proposals, contracts, and client communications.
    • Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded in internal systems and platforms like Upwork.
  • Bid Management Process
    • Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from initial client interaction to project closure.
  • Team Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from bidding to project initiation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an online bidder on platforms like Upwork (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
