Healthcare Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient cases, respond to inquiries, and provide timely support.
  • Process all phases of patient clinical assessments and handle diagnostics information.
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the global patient coordination team to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional experience in virtual environments.
  • Clinical training as a nurse or doctor.
  • Proven experience in working with patients.
  • Ability to adapt to new software applications.
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • MBBS/BSC Nursing or equivalent medical education is a major plus.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
