Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Telesales Representative - Real Estate.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing them with information about available properties, and assisting in the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads to promote and sell properties.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Client Communication: Listen to clients' needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to coordinate property showings and facilitate the sales process.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Closing Sales: Effectively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and objections, and closing sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate telesales or a similar role is necessary.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach are essential.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations is crucial.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records is required.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven individuals with a passion for sales and building client relationships are encouraged to apply.
  • Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone is necessary.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
