About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic individual to lead our axe throwing team. As a sports entertainment leader, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and memorable experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and have a strong passion for sports entertainment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coaching: Develop and deliver coaching programs that meet the needs of our guests.
  • Safety: Ensure all safety protocols and equipment are met at all times.
  • Facilitating the game: Oversee matches, keep score, and ensure game sessions flow smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Manage every aspect of the customer experience.
  • Day-to-Day operations: Support the entire team to get the job done.
  • Ambassadorship: Represent the brand and passion for axe throwing in a fun and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Age: Must be 21 or older.
  • Availability: Available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Leadership skills: Confident to take charge in group settings and can manage group dynamics effectively.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, can speak clearly and concisely, and genuinely likes being around people.
  • Maturity: Mature, responsible, has a good sense of humor, and can stay calm under pressure.
