As a valued member of our hospitality team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge Service Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient communication, effective problem-solving, and proactive assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other venues
  • Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Keep track of guest preferences and anticipate their needs during their stay
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management is a plus
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (e.g. Opera)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
