This role will be responsible for coordinating procurement and logistics activities for our US and Canadian manufacturing facilities, ensuring seamless supply chain management and efficient operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Effective communication with onsite personnel on a daily basis to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  2. Planning and scheduling of materials through ERP / MRP systems to generate Purchase orders in a timely manner.
  3. Negotiation and coordination with suppliers / vendors to secure the best possible deals.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Timely completion of procurement tasks and projects.
  2. Meeting or exceeding supplier quality standards.
  3. Effective cost control and reduction measures.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • BPO experience preferably in USA/UK/Australian campaigns.
