Job Title: Travel and Tours Coordinator. This role is ideal for an organized individual who can plan, organize, and manage travel arrangements and tour packages for clients.

As a Travel and Tours Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers.

Your primary goal will be to design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.

You will book transportation, accommodations, and other travel services while managing travel documentation, including visas and insurance.

In this role, you will also communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, provide advice on destinations, culture, and travel regulations, address and resolve customer complaints or issues during the trip.

Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.

You will negotiate contracts and secure the best rates and deals while ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

As a Travel and Tours Coordinator, you will coordinate transportation, transfers, and guided tours, handle last-minute changes and emergencies, monitor travel schedules, and ensure adherence to itineraries.

You will also promote tour packages and travel deals through various channels, assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials, and conduct market research to identify new travel trends and customer preferences.

Maintaining client records and travel documentation, processing payments, refunds, and invoicing, preparing travel reports and expense summaries are also part of your responsibilities as a Travel and Tours Coordinator.
