Job Title: Strategic Workforce Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure organizational policies and procedures align with labor regulations.

· Conduct a thorough analysis of existing policies, identifying areas that require updates or changes.

· Develop and implement new policies to address emerging workforce needs.

· Lead and train the human resources team, providing guidance on best practices.

· Monitor employee performance, focusing on attendance, punctuality, and overall job satisfaction.

· Design training programs to enhance skills gaps and improve staff competencies.

· Provide support to managers and employees in addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues.

· Establish and review compensation structures, benefits, and incentives.

Skills Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.

· Strong leadership abilities to guide the HR team and motivate staff members.

· In-depth knowledge of employment law principles and regulatory requirements.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure, resolving complex issues efficiently.

· Familiarity with relevant computer systems, software applications, and productivity tools.

· Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Strong ethics and sound judgment, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees.

Qualifications:

· MBA/BBA degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

· Relevant certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are highly valued.

Experience:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a management position.

Work Details:

· Work location: Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi.

· Standard working hours: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
