Become an Expert in AML

We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs. As a Team Lead, you'll lead a team of analysts in detecting and preventing suspicious activities related to cryptocurrency transactions.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and implementation of effective AML strategies and policies.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for driving standard work, improving policy and procedures, and leading regular business reviews to maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in developing and implementing AML strategies and policies.
  • Drive the collection and analysis of data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' knowledge and skills in AML and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of AML policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to perform their roles effectively.

What We Look For

We require someone with 3+ years of experience in managing analysts directly with a minimum of 2+ years of proven TMS experience in financial services or technology organizations.

Key qualifications include working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices for financial services, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
