We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Manager:

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in accounting software. They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring and controlling budgets and expenditures, overseeing payroll processing, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Monitor and control budgets and expenditures.
  4. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  6. Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely submission of audit reports.
  7. Implement and improve internal financial controls.
  8. Provide financial advice to support business decision-making.
