ISO 22301 BCM Management Specialist

The role of Business Continuity Management Officer involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System. This includes ensuring that business continuity processes align with ISO 22301 standards and other relevant frameworks.
To achieve this, the successful candidate will conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations. They will then collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities also include conducting business impact analysis to identify critical resources, including maximum tolerable downtime, recovery time objective, and recovery point objective. Additionally, they will develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation.
A strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field, as well as certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional).
Furthermore, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are also required.
