We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional to manage various administrative tasks, correspondence, and client communication. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing email correspondence, prioritizing tasks, and providing exceptional support to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and prioritize email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages to the appropriate individuals.

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.

• Communicate with clients and team members through texting, ensuring prompt and accurate information exchange.

• Call clients to provide information, schedule appointments, or follow up on inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using email platforms and other communication tools.

• Ability to make phone calls professionally and confidently.
