We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Initiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen understanding of customer service and sales techniques. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of medical billing.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Initiator will conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products, services, or gather information. They will follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets and quotas are met. Utilizing excellent communication skills, they will engage with clients, address their needs, and provide solutions. The role requires maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Key Requirements:
- O/A Level of education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical billing campaign is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
