Job Description

You will leverage your exceptional management and leadership skills to oversee the delivery of consulting services to clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, project scope, deliverables, resources, and customer satisfaction.

  • This entails possessing strong project management, resource allocation, scope control, communication, technical expertise, and relationship management skills.

You are accountable for the success or failure of the project, account, and the relationship with the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Project Scope Management: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant technical training and experience.

You should also be familiar with enterprise technologies such as MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, etc., and possess competency in at least one business domain and knowledge in various business domains.

Furthermore, you should be capable of leading large or small projects concurrently, inspiring and creating a positive influence on people, building and leading a team of A players, and having excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills.

In addition, you should be able to create trusted relationships with customers and partners, facilitate sessions with them, and have good problem-solving skills.

Achieving outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest is also essential for this position.

Qualifications
