Office Support Role

Duties:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the office environment, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Emptying and cleaning waste receptacles.
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting common areas, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with the distribution of office supplies and materials.
  • Preparing beverages for staff and guests.
  • Carrying out errands for office supplies or other necessary tasks as assigned.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
