Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned BCMS Implementation Lead to drive the implementation of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) based on ISO 22301 standards. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of business impact analysis (BIA), continuity planning, crisis management, and organizational resilience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BCMS frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
  • Design and implement business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) strategies, and response procedures.
  • Conduct BCMS risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs on BCMS best practices.
  • Collaborate in the selection and implementation of BCMS tools.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification required.
  • CBCP certification preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  • Practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
