Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

The Role in a Nutshell:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to lead the development of our digital banking platform with a strong emphasis on quality deliverables. As a quality ambassador, you will promote quality within the team and ensure that quality solutions are delivered throughout the product or project development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional requirements, including performance and security testing.
  • Conduct test plans and define test designs for complex technological concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Agile team to drive discussions with clients and stakeholders using test evidence, defect metrics, and reporting.
  • Hold a strong testing and DevOps mindset to work with our tooling in environments and CI/CD.
  • Explore different testing types and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in a QA role;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field;
  • English language proficiency, written and spoken.
