Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Description:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with client requirements and contract agreements.
  • This role involves supervising works related to assigned projects, handling emergencies, and supporting the NOC and field technicians in resolving issues within agreed service level agreements.
  • The incumbent will communicate with clients, update the O&M manager, and respond to communications in a timely manner.
  • Key responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing employees engaged in installation, maintenance, and operation of telecommunication systems and support equipment.
  • The Site Operations Manager will also handle new site acceptance, assign teams, and inform relevant parties.
  • Regular site visits are required to validate work execution according to quality and standard.
  • The incumbent will analyze resource requirements, provide recommendations to the O&M manager, and ensure necessary tools and transportation are available.
  • Proper communication with clients and within the organization is essential through emails, meetings, calls, reports, etc.
  • Critical thinking and proactive risk anticipation are vital skills for this role, along with preparation of solutions in advance.
  • Fuel consumption monitoring and control are key tasks, as well as management of site security updates based on changed risk levels.
  • Cost control and receiving payments from clients are additional responsibilities that require close collaboration with the O&M Manager.
  • All documentation and reports must be created and shared within engineering and client teams on time.
