As a key contributor to our website's success, you will be responsible for designing and implementing experiments to optimize user behavior and boost conversion rates.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis and driving implementation through to completion.

On a daily basis, you will test the website for defects, inconsistencies, and bugs, creating tickets for any issues encountered and ensuring timely resolution with the development team.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating SKU-related data, generating reports, and analyzing results to inform business decisions.

Job Specifications

A strong background in SQL or advanced Excel is essential, as well as general knowledge of HTML coding and jQuery.

The ability to design and execute customer surveys is also critical, as is a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
