In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our nationwide IT Data Center Core and Branch Network and Security Infrastructure on a 24x7 basis. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, and IPSec. They will also possess strong understanding of network architecture and security principles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches to optimize network performance.
  • Implement and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions to efficiently manage network traffic.
  • Administer wireless controllers to ensure secure and reliable wireless connectivity.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of our network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage Firewalls (Palo Alto and Cisco) to enhance network security.
  • Implement and maintain Proxy solutions (Bluecoat and Cloud Proxy) to provide secure internet access.
  • Manage Cisco ISE for NAC and Identity Access Management.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and version upgrades according to identified threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to network equipment.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for network and security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Network and Security Administrator.
  • Palo Alto and FTD firewalls experience is highly desirable.
  • Cisco Certification would be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture and security principles.
