Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and guidance to a team of bookkeepers, ensuring seamless financial record-keeping and accurate data management.
  • Implement and maintain online accounting software for small businesses, leveraging industry-leading tools such as Zoho and Xero to streamline financial operations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive accounting strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Integrate Point of Sale and Customer Relationship Management systems with accounting software to foster enhanced collaboration and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, providing actionable insights that inform business growth and development.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgeting frameworks to drive performance optimization and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be at least 35 years old, and report directly to the Partner. Additionally, we require ACCA fresh qualified Accountants who have passed Advanced Taxation (ATX).

Requirements:
  • ACCA (Advanced Taxation ATX paper passed)/ACA Qualified
