We are seeking a skilled Senior People Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to employees and managers, managing People processes effectively, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field and resolve employee questions regarding reimbursements, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with the collection and submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements, payroll approvals and payment confirmations to deliver global payroll and other forms of compensation compliantly, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the company's systems of record including HRIS, payroll, benefits and external technology solutions as well as internal employee records.
  • Support employees and managers regarding People Team policies, procedures, systems and tools.
Ideal Background:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a People Operations role with understanding of local payroll policies/laws.
  • Experience in managing People operations in a global/multinational organisation is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
