Audiologist Responsibilities:

• Clinical Responsibilities:
• Patient Assessment and Counseling: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' hearing and balance issues, providing accurate diagnoses and personalized counseling.
• Hearing Aid Services: Fit and verify hearing aids, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for patients.
• Tinnitus Management: Identify and manage tinnitus cases, employing evidence-based treatments to alleviate symptoms.
• Education and Support: Educate patients on various options and settings available for their hearing aids, promoting effective use and management.
• Business Operations:
• Patient Records and Reports: Maintain accurate patient records, including reports of diagnostic tests and sale transactions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stocks of marketing materials and other essentials, coordinating with the central team for order processing and replenishments.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with doctors and patients, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Teamwork and Accountability: Demonstrate exemplary teamwork, working closely with stakeholders to plan outreach activities and schedule home visits as needed.
• Progress Monitoring: Proactively monitor patient progress, resolving any difficulties related to hearing aid settings or programming.

Audiologist Qualifications:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) or Masters in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP).
• Experience: 6 months - 5 years of clinical experience.

Audiologist Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: ₹14,204.00 – ₹42,000.00 per month.

Audiologist Job Types:

• Full-time, Regular / Permanent.
