Seeking a Seasoned Freelance Bidder

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Freelance Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects posted on various online job platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze job postings to identify suitable projects.
  • Develop compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
  • Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting services effectively.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Track all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
  • Implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered.
  • Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects.
  • Background in IT services or a related field.
  • Knowledge of different pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
