Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business leads through various channels. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads that can be converted into paying clients.

Your key responsibilities will include researching potential clients, using platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Fiverr to generate leads, implementing email marketing and cold calling strategies to reach potential clients, and qualifying leads to convert them into paying clients. You will also assist in developing email marketing campaigns and outreach strategies, work closely with the marketing team to align client acquisition efforts with ongoing digital campaigns, effectively negotiate deals and pricing with potential clients, develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business, and keep track of all client interactions in a CRM or spreadsheet.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, including cold emailing and email automation tools, and the ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets. Familiarity with CRM platforms and cold outreach tools is a plus. Additionally, you will need a proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude, reliable internet connection, and a distraction-free remote workspace.
