We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to contribute to our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media, and other relevant channels to identify and generate leads.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure they align with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
  • Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain high levels of activity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.
Required Qualifications
  • A strong background in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • The ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
