Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day management and ownership of screening systems/initiatives, encompassing Fircosoft for customer screening and payment screening across multiple platforms.
  2. Evaluate system control and compliance issues, assessing and documenting related risks, and proposing resolutions.

Problem Solving Expertise

Create detailed RCA documents for defects/incidents and provide permanent fixes/solutions.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

  1. Manage key compliance systems/initiatives, focusing on Screening Solution across various locations.
  2. Prioritize and manage system enhancement/upgrades.
  3. Automate functionalities based on technical possibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  1. Proven expertise in Fircosoft screening solutions.
  2. Good knowledge of Continuity, Trust, and FSK – Screen & Keep.
  3. Prior experience with De-rap, ERF, Pairing, Stripping detector is advantageous.
  4. Awareness of Global standards in AML, KYC, FATF, Sanctions is desirable.
  5. Strong Unix/Linux Shell Script programming skills.
  6. Ability to explore tools connecting with Linux and Windows OS.
  7. Good knowledge in Windows batch scripting to automate file generation and movement.
  8. Strong Oracle & MS SQL knowledge with (SQL, PLSQL).
  9. Knowledge in Perl scripting.
  10. Ability to customize reports based on compliance/business requirements.
  11. Strong system integration experience.
  12. Banking domain knowledge is essential.
  13. Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  14. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  15. Awareness of regulations governing banking business processes is a must.
  16. Knowledge of working with various database formats and file formats, conducting data analysis and analytics.
  17. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  18. Skills in Dot Net Sharepoint, Power BI are nice to have.
  19. Working knowledge with software development methods and techniques and should be adaptable with Agile model.
  20. Good knowledge of UNIX OS, programming languages and development tools.
  21. Strong technical knowledge in required application area.
  22. Bachelor's Degree as a minimum from a recognized university (preferably computer science or similar).
  23. Financial Crime qualifications are an added advantage.
  24. At least 3 - 8 years of experience in the financial services or IT sector.
  25. Familiarity with Compliance and Financial Crime related systems.
  26. Prior experience and exposure to Fircosoft screening solutions.
