We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Officers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for both fresh and experienced professionals who have a passion for the real estate industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Promote and market real estate properties to potential clients through various channels including print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry to expand our network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Conduct property viewings with potential clients and provide them with all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market and stay current with the latest trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- A reliable mode of transportation for site visits and client meetings.
- Strong customer service skills to deliver a positive experience for clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for efficient communication and data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Officer, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
- A reliable mode of transportation for site visits and client meetings.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experience working on high net worth high rise projects (desired).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to deliver a positive experience for clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for efficient communication and data management.
