About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to join our team as a Senior Front End Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation by utilizing the latest technologies, including React, Capacitor, Material UI, and Vite/Webpack.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Modern Web App Development: Enhance our responsive web app, solving complex problems such as real-time content updates, offline content, and UI architecture scaling for performance.
  • Ownership: Own your projects from initial design to deployment, test automation, and performance monitoring.
  • Architecture & Scale: Determine the best technology to address customer needs while optimizing for scale.
  • Development: Implement best practices, write well-structured code, and mentor team members.
  • Quality: Maintain the highest quality in everything you build and grow the team around you.

  • Implementing API calls with Stale-With-Revalidate to support fast, network-first data access with offline caching.
  • Utilizing Redux and dynamic reducers.
  • Developing a React-based page builder that generates React components with API integration.
  • Adding engagement features like chat, group discussions, 1:1 video meetings, and breakout rooms.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a software developer working on large and/or fast-scaling products.
  • 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript and a deep understanding of the React ecosystem.
  • Ability to architect elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • Comfortable working with large code bases and Restful APIs.
  • Experience with Design Systems, automated testing suites, and debugging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
