Video Editor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and versatile Video Editor to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will excel in video editing, bringing fresh ideas to the table and contributing to a wide range of creative projects for digital and marketing campaigns.

This role is responsible for editing short-form and long-form videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and adapting content into various formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.). The successful candidate will incorporate branding, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

The Video Editor will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute video concepts. They will design complementary visual content such as thumbnails, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials. Additionally, they will assist in concept development, storyboarding, and pre-production planning for new projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
  • Basic to advanced graphic design skills for marketing collateral
  • Knowledge of Google Ads creatives and social media advertising trends is a plus
