Developer Architect

As a senior software developer, you will be working on enhancing our responsive web application to solve interesting problems in real-time content updates, offline content, UI and architecture scaling for performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop modern web applications using best practices and craftsmanship.
- Own the development process from initial design to deployment, including test automation and performance monitoring.
- Determine the appropriate technology stack to address customer needs while optimizing for scale.
- Implement API calls with a stale-with-revalidate paradigm for fast, network-first data access with offline caching.
- Utilize Redux and dynamic reducers, React-based page builders that generate React components with API integration.
- Add engagement features like chat, group discussions, 1:1 video meetings, and breakout rooms.
- 7+ years of experience as a software developer working on large and/or fast-scaling products.
- Ability to architect elegant solutions to complex problems using appropriate abstractions and techniques.
- Experience with design systems like Material UI or Ant Design, automated testing suites like Jest and React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of SOLID Principles, Domain Modeling, and Design Patterns is a major benefit.
- Ability to mentor and grow team members, providing technical guidance and oversight on implementation direction.
