About this Role

As a seasoned Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the foundation of a cutting-edge platform that empowers SaaS platforms and millions of small businesses to operate like tech companies.

This is a high-leverage role where you will lead the design, implementation, and operation of full-stack product features across the platform using advanced technologies like TypeScript, NestJS, React Router, Postgres, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and operate full-stack product features with high performance, high availability, and clear observability.
  • Evaluate and evolve complex multi-tenancy inheritance models, ensuring clean boundaries and scalable, permissioned experiences for every customer type.
  • Architect systems that work at scale for hundreds of thousands to millions of end users, leveraging modern software engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship outcomes, not just features.
  • Develop and maintain tools, services, and workflows that enhance internal velocity and enable AI-driven support experiences.
  • Participate in (and often lead) design reviews, architecture discussions, and code audits with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade full-stack applications with expertise in modern software development methodologies.
  • Fluency in TypeScript, with mastery over advanced patterns in React, NestJS, and MongoDB.
  • Ability to architect large systems with modularity, separation of concerns, and tenancy-aware logic.
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, performance optimization, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Real-world experience with AI tooling, including prompt design, using OpenAI APIs, building with LangChain/LlamaIndex, or orchestrating agents with multiple memory stores.
  • Clear explanation of how AI can augment human capabilities, without replacing them.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working with multi-tenancy, inheritance trees, and permissioned content propagation.
  • Built AI agents or agent frameworks, ideally using tools like OpenAI functions, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol, or memory-augmented chaining.
  • Understood or worked with multi-modal LLMs, custom embeddings, and hybrid chunking strategies.
  • Scaled features that touch hundreds of thousands of users, or systems that process millions of data points.
