Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Manager

This role involves strategic management of a warehouse to ensure compliance with company policies and vision. The ideal candidate will oversee all receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

The Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by planning new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

A key aspect of this role is controlling inventory levels through regular physical counts and reconciliations with data storage systems. The manager will also produce regular reports and statistics on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.

The Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of goods. Proper tagging of all materials is essential in this role.

In addition to these responsibilities, the manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse MIS and maintaining accurate records for all stock IN and OUT for different events. Seeking approvals through an automated system is also a critical function of this role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field. Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems is highly desirable. Excellent verbal communication skills and strong management abilities are essential.
