Product Marketing Director

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and creatively-driven professional to lead and manage art direction, production shoots, and serve as the main communication point for our brand. As a Product Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with models, photographers, production houses, and vendors to execute campaigns that embody our brand identity. This role requires a blend of creative vision, marketing acumen, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute PR initiatives, outreach, campaign planning, and performance tracking; act as the primary contact for stylists, influencers, production teams, and studios for booking, shoot execution, and media relations.
  2. Create and oversee model shoots, including developing mood boards, concepts, and themes.
  3. Negotiate and finalize budgets, deliverables, and timelines for production.
  4. Review and approve samples and final visuals for shoots.
  5. Serve as the communication bridge between the brand and external contacts, including influencers, clients, and vendors.
  6. Represent the brand in meetings, shoots, and collaborative projects.
  7. Assist in marketing content planning with the team.
  8. Maintain brand consistency across visuals, messaging, and marketing efforts.
  9. Support the founder with branding and marketing tasks.
  10. Manage and guide the social media team to ensure consistent messaging and timely content delivery.
  11. Coordinate onboarding and engagement with new influencers and collaborators.
  12. Prepare and present performance reports bi-weekly, including strategies for upcoming periods.
  13. Conduct website audits to ensure content is updated and optimized.
  14. Organize and oversee promotional materials like billboards.

About You
We're looking for someone with a background in Marketing, Media, Fashion, or Communications. Experience in shoot coordination, brand communication, or marketing is advantageous. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to multitask, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. We're looking for someone who is confident, presentable, and self-driven.
